1. DETERMINE YOUR CALORIC NEEDS

and smartphone apps that can help you figure your needs based on your personal
profile. MyFitness Pal is always a great option.
2. PLAN, PLAN, PLAN
Plan your meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) ahead of time. Weekly meal preps will help to keep you on track.
3. KEEP IT SIMPLE
Keep your meals simple and quick. K.I.S.S (keep it super simple).
4. DRINK WATER
Drink at least half your body weight in ounces every day.
5. THE RIGHT TOOLS
Purchase an inexpensive food scale and measuring cups so that you can learn more
about correct serving sizes.
6. EAT MORE, NOT LESS
Eat small meals throughout the day. Do not skip meals. This will allow you to stay full and not over eat at your next meal.
7. TRACK EVERYTHING
Track eating habits and nutrition (MyFitnessPal app is a great tool). Make sure you’re eating enough and not over or under eating.
8. BE CONSISTENT
