Just Lift

Hello ladies, do you lift weights? I know, I know, you don’t because you don’t want to get too buff and look like a man, right? I tell for certain you that getting buff like a man will NOT happen, simply because you are not a man. Men and women are made differently and thank God for that. Women don't have the genetics to grow muscle like a man. To gain big muscles, you would need to significantly increase your caloric intake, protein, supplement intake and follow an intense training program specifically designed to increase muscle size. It has been proven that lifting weights will help women tone up their body. At the same time, weight lifting will help burn more calories which in turn will help you drop-body-fat, totally re-shaping your body and FORCING you to go shopping for some new clothes. A great excuse to justify buying a new wardrobe, right! LOL! Get your pump on!!

Let me also say that I understand that moving around the weights area and the muscle heads can be intimidating for you. If you are not comfortable weightlifting because you aren’t sure what or how to lift, here’s what you should do. 1. Get with a trainer to get proper instruction on the basics of lifting weights. Safety First! 2. Do your own homework. YouTube is a great source of information/instruction on how to perform exercises correctly. 3. Have a plan. Pick a body part to be the focus of your training for the day. Work your chest, arms, back or legs. Choose one. 4. Claim your exercise area and get to work doing your training routine, 3 sets of 8-10 repetitions of whatever body part you chose to train.

With hard work and dedication to your training, consistency in your nutrition and proper rest and recovery you’ll start to see results. Grab some iron and push some weight.

We SEE YOU IN THE FUTURE AND YOU LOOK SO MUCH BETTER THAN YOU DO RIGHT NOW!
