6-8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenders
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1 large egg
Pinch Pink Himalayan Salt
1/2 cup Plain Panko Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
Avocado Oil Spray
Step 1: Pat tenders dry with papers towel. Season with garlic powder, and salt.
Step 2: Whisk egg in a separate bowl. Step 3: Dip tender in egg and then coat with bread crumbs.
Step 4: Spray air fryer with cooking spray (or line with parchment paper ) so that the tenders do not stick to bottom of air fryer.
Step 5: Transfer tenders in single layers into the air fryer. Do not stack.
Step 6: Cook at 350°-375° temp for about 15 mins and flip half way through cooking time. Start at 350° and increase temp. Cook until crisp and golden. Cooking time may vary depending on AirFryer power.
Step 7: In a large bowl toss in wing sauce. Remember you do not have to give up the foods you love just create healthy versions. TBL
