Looking for an appetizer for your next game day party? These air fried chicken wings will be a hit and no one will ever know that they aren’t deep fried. :)
Air Fried Garlic Parmesan Wings
Ingredients
2 LBS Chicken Wings
1 TBSP Parsley
3 TBSP Kerry Gold Butter
2 Whole Clove of Clove (chopped)
1 TBSP Parmesan Cheese
1 TBSP Baking Powder
1 TSP McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning
Cooking Spray
Instructions
Dry wings season with paper towels and toss in baking powder.
Spray air fryer base and transfer wings into the air fryer. Cook for about 25 mins flip halfway through time. I cooked at 350° and increased temp to 375-400° after flipping. You can also bake them if you do not own an air fryer. Whatever your preference.
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
Take 3 tbsp Kerry Gold butter, finely chopped garlic and fresh chopped parsley (1/2 tbsp)
Add butter to a pot + garlic and stir over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Don’t burn garlic continue to stir until brown. Remove from off heat.
When the wings are fully cooked pour the sauce over the wings and toss. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and parsley when you plate.
